Kings Gym - Croydon

My favorite part about this gym is how spacious it is and all the machines it offers. Overall, the gym is very good, but the cleaning needs to be improved.

Proper hardcore bodybuilding gym with fantastic equipment. Hammer strength Gym 80 Panetta and more. Friendly staff and inspirational gym users male and female. Parking is much better than their last location. Just cannot fault it!

I have been training at this gym for 5 years and I have absolutely loved it. However a couple of days ago, due to a faulty clip on a cable machine I sustained a head injury. This was no fault of my own, it was due to a clip not closing properly allowing a metal attachment to fall on my head whilst bending over. This cut my head open and the person on shift has expired first aid training and said a lot of the clips are like that there is nothing they can do. I had to go to hospital to get sorted. It’s days later and there has been no contact from the gym. I absolutely love this gym but very disappointed that this has happened especially with how long I’ve been going there I tried to recommend to replace/ remove all the clips that are faulty but on the day there was nothing they can do. Be mindful of the clips when going to Kings Croydon.

Great gym with brilliant equipment which isn't found easily in most gyms.Great atmosphere from all the pros who train there and others aspiring to be like them.My only criticism would be the music.They used to play metal at least every now and again.Now it's all trap and hip hop which I detest but then I guess most people probably like that.So if you have different music taste , be sure to bring headphones.Otherwise this place is awesome

Overall the gym is actually good quality, the machines are in working order & the staff were helpful. There were a handful of people who ruined it for the rest. At the end of the day, you go to a gym where day passes are available, that’s something you accept when you sign up, but some people seem to think they are entitled as they have a little bit more experience than others in the competitive injury. Just be nice, you’re all paying members.

Fantastic gym with excellent equipment. Having been in Pure Gym for the past 10 years, I thought I'd treat myself to a day pass and experience this place.If you're wanting a gym with all the luxuries of a sauna, steam room and restaurant, this is not the place for you.If you want to train hard with top of the range equipment and members actually putting their weight away, then you've hit the jackpot.

The most testosterone filled place on earth! Great gym with every kind of equipment and machines you can think of. Go get your membership!

Probably the best gym I've been too. Not expensive either. Big and open with every piece of equipment you can think of.

The go to bodybuilding gym located in Croydon Purley just behind Porcelanosa. The previous Kings lacked parking facilities however this one supplies plenty of free parking. This gym has everything you would expect from the Kings brand. Wide range of equipment that you will not see anywhere else. Ranging from old school to state of the art. Huge range of dumbbells. Plenty of space within the gym and great atmosphere. Staff are friendly, kind and welcoming. This gym has everything a die hard bodybuilder requires. From nutrition through to posing room areas. Whether full membership or just visiting on a day. Definately worth a visit.

We have been at this gym during our UKDFBA 2022 Trip. It is an amazing place and for everyone who’s serious about strength training, in particular bodybuilding and powerlifting. Yes it was loud and crowded but the mentality of the people and surrounding was absolute amazing. If your looking for a place to train and grow this is the place to be.Another very cool thing is their merchandise. A lot of oversized shirts and everything you need for training. Booster, snacks you name it they got it!Besides that it was an amazing experience meeting IFBB Pro James Hollingshead.Thank you for having us!
