Popular tea room in Hove, excellent coffee, teas. cakes freshly baked in their own kitchen, also available home made soup, sandwiches and other savouries. Outside tables and chairs or sit inside socially distanced.

This place is always busy and it's no wonder why, the food is always incredible, it's reasonably priced and it's in a great location. Highly recommend the breakfast menu - their full English or breakfast wrap are incredible, decent eggs and meat.

A big thank you to the fabulous Ryan. We always bought my elderly friend here and all the staff were so kind. Now we have to get her a takeaway and the ever thoughtful Ryan put a lovely message on her cup. I know that he goes above and beyond in so many ways and he makes even ordering a takeaway a lovely experience ❤️

What a great place. Absolutely the best coffee I've had in a long time, hands down. The cooked breakfast was of superb quality and price, the decor is lovely and the staff were fantastic. Nothing to not like here ! I can thoroughly recommend. What a shame I dont live nearby....

Went in on the off chance and ordered 2cheese and pickled and 2 ham and tomato baguettes, totalling £21waiting for nearly 20 minutes only to be told they only have 3 baguettes would i expect 1 as a sandwich, yes not a problem i said,5 minutes later I received my order,Got back home to partner opened them and unpleasantly surprised was the cheapest ham the thinnest sliced tomatoes I'd ever seen,baguettes we're something you brought from a supermarket,The cheese wasn't bad,but it was like they scraped the bottom of the jar for the pickle there just wasn't any.Sorry but for £21 for 4 rolls I expect decent food,Not something I could buy from a supermarket for a £5 with a free drink.Never again
