Cracking burger. Quick delivery. Soggy, lame and undercooked fries. Needed cooking another 6 minutes in our air fryer. Shouldn’t expect to have to cook takeaways. Also never order from their website. This location does not accept orders this way and won’t even tell you this when you place your order.

They do a chicken naan wrap and it's one of the best things I have ever tasted. Especially for only seven quid. Lots of real chargrilled chicken in a fab piri piri sauce in. Naan bread with crunchy lettuce and onions. Absolutely gorgeous.

Ordered kebab, cheesy chips and another portion of chips. Instead of chips I got a mayo tub which cost £2.50. Cash only and lady claimed she said it on the phone which she didn’t so had to walk to a cash machine. I’ve been ripped off, don’t bother. If you do go just double check your order as in what world does a small tub of may cost that much and get mistaken for chips

I’ve ordered from here before and it’s usually okay. Today I went in and ordered cheesy chips - the cheese on the chips wasn’t melted and the woman behind the counter had a poor attitude.

I’ve never had a bad meal from berry’s but there stir fry kebabs are brill the burgers are really nice the only reason it’s 4 star not five because there has been a few mistakes with my order sometimes and once or twice the nachos was a bit over done but 9 time out of ten you can’t knock it, update : getting a bit expensive for the portion size

Ordered from here many times before with no issues however after this experience never again...ordered on their website as have done previously at 9.15pm, wait time for delivery shows 40 minutes. 10:30pm comes no sign of the order and the line was constantly busy and couldn't through to speak to anyone. Couldn't go down myself as nobody else in the house and now they've closed and I still have no order. Absolutely disgusting service will be going down to.orrow to get a refund..update got through after 11 to be told the computer system isn't in the shop so they weren't even aware..I'm now calling tomorrow to get the order tomorrow evening instead

Berry's has quickly become one of our favourite local pizza takeaways. It's a shame they no longer deliver to Pool but I'll happily still drive to collect. Food is always great and ready on time. We tried their deserts for the first time last week and they didn't disappoint either.

I Used to use these all the time was a regular not anymore after tonight just waited over an hour for my order when i live 10 mins drive away. When it does turn up the order is wrong and it's all cold absolutely shocking, the women on the phone was polite but still what do we do wait another hour for the missing stuff to turn up cold will never order from this place again lost a regular and seems its not just me place is going down hill

Food is spot on! Chicken tikka kebabs & cookie doughs are our go to ,but I have tried the burgers & peri chicken which is also delicious! Comes in decent time & they are always so polite on the phone, this is definitely best takeaway in the area
