I'm sorry, I didn't review assured heating as, although they were able to come, I got someone to attend earlier. I have used assured heating before and found them very good. If I hit the star rating on the email it was by mistake and I do apologise.

Had Stephen out today to carry out a service on my boiler. Arrived on time with a friendly greeting. What a lovely guy, very polite and nothing is a bother. I will be using his services in the future. Finding decent tradesmen is a rarity.

Clark fitted a new boiler and pump after quickly diagnosing the fault. He juggled his schedule to ensure that we were not left without a heating system for a second longer than necessary. He is professional and prompt and always returns calls and messages. Worth his weight in gold.

Clark came to my house and diagnosed that I needed a new thermostat and replaced it but unfortunately the thermostat didn't work properly that he installed and he came out again and replaced it with another thermostat that I had bought and gave me a refund for the first thermostat that he fitted. The thermostat works perfectly now and I am very happy. I would recommend Assured Heating for anyone with a heating problem. He was on time to which I liked.
