A very committed vet practice. Customers and pets are very welcome and consultation is conducted at a highly professional level. My labrador is always looking forward to go to PetPractice.

Having called up for an enquiry regarding medication for my morally ill pet, the person on the phone was very rude and unprofessional (this happened on Saturday, July 2nd) - the tone of the person from pets practice was almost argumentative, saying I can't even point out where you live on a map" (We live near Kingston MK!!).We since have discovered we were misinformed by the vet when our pet was booked in to be "put to sleep"

I don't often leave reviews but must for Pet Practice because they are a 5 star vets! I have only had my baby Pomeranian a short time and she had some tummy problems for a couple of weeks. They have been so amazing at seeing her on the day for me numerous times when I've been really worried & anxious. I know she is in the best hands & the staff are all lovely to communicate with too. I researched before choosing my Vet and I am so happy I chose Pet Practice as they are the best vets in MK (numerous family members go to other vets and don't get the service I do). Thank you!

A truly wonderful vet surgery that has nothing but compassion and care for the animals that they treat, not all vets are the same! It's worth the longer drive to get here to receive such fabulous care. We saw Louise but the vet nurse was equally lovely to deal with, can't recommend highly enough.

We have moved from our previous vets to Pets Practice with our 3 cats. We were quoted from our previous vet an extortionate amount to treat a dental problem on one of our cats so I emailed all local vets for quotes. (Interestingly from the varying prices in quotes from other vets I would recommend doing the same).Pets Practice gave the best quote, which to be fair was a special offer. but they treated all 3 of my cats for dental care for less than half the price i was quoted for one cat by an MK vet chain. The after care was amazing and was inclusive in the price so no hidden charges or being charged every time you see a vet. You can see the staff have a genuine love for animals and focus all their attention on your pet whilst also providing us Humans with great service and answer any concerns we may have.I would highly recommend Pets Practice and very happy I discovered them. Not only do they really care for your pet but they provide a complete service without being overcharged.(Note: our previous vet surgery would charge if you so much as looked at a vet. I haven't found that to be an issue with Pets Practice)

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!this is my 3rd visit to PP, on arrival the receptionist did not greet me. the vet KIM who my kittens always see is usually very sharp, condescending and patronising. however my visit today was by far the worst experiance ever. after discussing my kitten she took her though to the operating room and i clearly could hear her gossiping and mimicking our conversation to the other staff.Bad experiance will not return.

I visited this platform to gauge the overall sentiment about the veterinary clinic I've been using for the past year. Despite noticing a high overall rating, I found that other reviewers shared some of my concerns. My primary issue has been with a veterinarian named Kim, mentioned in other reviews. I've consistently found her demeanor to be unaccommodating and dismissive. This attitude was not only directed at me but also at my mother, who was treated condescendingly during her visits as if she's a confused old lady – a disheartening experience as she is a well-educated, sharp individual!A particular point of contention has been the clinic's reluctance to conduct thorough testing. Coming from a background where my previous dog in the USA underwent regular ACTH Stimulation Tests for Cushings, I find it surprising and disappointing that Kim hasn't been proactive in addressing our concerns, especially when similar health issues had grave consequences for another puppy from the same litter (Juvenile Addison's disease). While I understand that every veterinary practice has its protocols, the lack of willingness to listen and consider additional testing – which we are fully prepared to finance – is concerning. It seems that the focus here leans more towards undermining clients' concerns rather than genuinely engaging with them.Given these experiences, I am switching to a different veterinary practice. It's crucial for me to have a vet who is not only skilled but also open to listening and actively engaging with pet owners' concerns, especially when it comes to potential health risks.

Amazing service, my best experience with a vet, we had a french bulldog who needed urgent care and was asked to come in promptly, on arrival it was clear to see the passion that the staff have for what they do and the genuine care that they provide for the animals. Our french bulldog received the attention that she desperately needed straight away and is now in recovery! From the bottom of our hearts, we would like to thank the staff for their outstanding service and would recommend any pet owner who is searching for a practice who puts the needs of the pet first!
