Lincombe Hall Hotel & Spa

We had a wonderful stay at Lincombe Hall. The staff could boy have been more welcoming and genuinely happy to be there. A special mention to Leon, Emily and Ade.The food was of a very high standard although the cooked breakfasts did let the side down a bit.The hotel is self was well appointed and it's clear there has been (and continues to be) a high level of investment. The spa being an example of this which while small was very well designed and maintained.

Absolutely could not fault this hotel. What a fantastic short stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing get away. Firstly, every staff member we spoke to was so helpful and just lovely to speak with, nothing was ever too much trouble. The spa facilities were second to none - being able to use these anytime during our stay was a real bonus. The food in the dining room was exceptional and would strongly suggest trying this out one evening. Lunch was just perfect and the breakfast each morning was also faultless. We opted for a refurbished room which kept with the entire modern feel of the hotel and also we had a “cosy” room, this was more than big enough with everything extra we needed. Although based on a steep hill, location was perfect with a short walk into town however be prepared for a small hike when heading back. I would recommend booking directly with the hotel, it does benefit complimentary parking as opposed to booking elsewhere. So many other great touches such as a personalised welcome booklet and any other requirements catered to. We have no doubt when we return to Torquay, we’ll be staying again at the Lincombe Hall Hotel and Spa. Thank you!

The staff are fantastic. Really friendly and helpful with any request.The food is also delicious, plenty of it, while also really well presented.The spa facilities are very modern and very well maintained. It also includes an ice room and salt room which are a bit different and sets it apart from other spas.The rooms are spacious and comfy and include everything you need.A really well furnished beautiful old building throughout. Having a drink in the lounge was very relaxing.We will definitely be back.

Relaxing stay, lovely staff members. Everyone was well trained. Rooms were slightly outdated but had all the necessary requirements. The breakfast was great, especially the breakfast oat and yogurt jars. Spa was amazing, interesting facilities and had things I hadn’t tried before. Not sure about the exact use of the ‘salt room’ but, hey ho. Good stay overall.

Just visited for the spa twighlight evening, which was pricey but it delivered on all aspects, all the facilities were well kept, clean and luxury. A glass of prosecco on arrival and robes and slippers included. Ice room was great, good size sauna and steam room and the hydropool was great and large for groups. Loved the ice bucket too. Lovely relaxing evening to visit with friends or as a couple. Save up your money, but it's worth it as a treat!

The most beautiful hotel and spa I have ever stayed at. This was a holiday for me and my mum and we both didn’t want to go home. The room, the food and oh boy the cocktails are amazing and highly recommended. The spa is wonderful and every member of staff is so friendly and attentive. Mum and I can’t wait to come back.

We’ve just returned from 5 blissful nights at this amazing hotel.From the second we drove into the car park we knew this place was special.Arriving into the reception area we instantly felt relaxed and extremely welcome.Efficient check in and our room was ready 2 hours early which was gratefully received after a 7 hour journey.We stayed in the refurbished signature room (16) and was worth every single penny! The layout and decor was so gorgeous and the view over the outdoor terrace and pool topped it off. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bath was amazing .Temple spa toiletries added a really lovely touch.The breakfast was served in a beautiful spacious area with some tables in the conservatory area overlooking the outdoor terrace. Breakfast choice was plentiful and each morning cooked to perfection and served with amazing coffee.The spa is heavenly and we spent numerous hours in there each day and enjoyed the happy hour cocktails … highly recommend the salted caramel espresso martini!Each and every member of staff greeted us every single time and made us feel so welcome and at home that we stayed for an extra night!Special mention to lovely Hannah , she is the sweetest most polite young lady and made us feel so special.Also Leo and David.. they have a knack of making you feel like a friend but maintain the professional service.The housekeeping staff do an excellent job and our towels and robes were replaced daily, always happy and smiling.Every single member of staff we came are a credit to Lincombe hall .This break replaced a holiday we had booked to Madeira and for unavoidable reasons we couldn’t go. If we had the chance to swap our Lincombe hall stay for Madeira, Lincombe hall would win hands down! It really has stolen our hearts and I can’t wait to go back!If you are considering booking this beautiful hotel don’t hesitate ! It will not disappoint.Miss you all already ❤️

We had a spa morning here with the drift away 60 minute massage, followed by a two course lunch. One of the best massages I’ve had, amazing experience, so relaxing. All the staff are wonderful and can’t do enough, the spa was lovely and clean, the food amazing. Next time we will make a weekend of it and stay over!
