*March 2023* Waite and Rose cafe. Unfortunately the service wasn’t the usual standard you expect from JL. There was nobody around who could serve us initially. Hayley seemed very reluctant to and annoyed to serve and take our order which made the whole experience negative. The table clearly hadn’t been wiped down properly. Maybe this was bad timing in the day but I don’t think we will be coming back here again to have coffee and cake unless for the free mywaitrose coffee.

Worst bacon roll I've ever had, dont expect a 'proper' cafe, pre packed food. Okay for coffee and cake.

Good quality Food, excellent service as you’d expect from John Lewis.We went around 4 pm on a Saturday the staff was very friendly and the cafe was very clean
