They lie about not providing refunds for renewal services even if its cancelled within X amount of days. You must be pushy and to the point until they nudge. They used to be great in 2017 and before that. Unfortunately now it’s not a trusted hosting provider so don’t waste your time and energy!

A waste of my time and money, zero support, useless team forwarding your ticket between the team doing nothing to solve the problems. So they failed to deliver the service as per the agreement and they do not offer a refund if 30 days pass although it is their own fault.Stay away from this company!!!

I have used this company for years and since the recent switch the support has been non existent. No one is responding to me, I’ve had so many urgent issues with multiple tickets open and some are not replied to within a month. It’s impossible to work this way.

Used for years but TSO are getting worse and worse. The support operators don’t understand the most basic of questions these days and break more things than they fix, so we spend days / weeks gong round and round in circles tying to fix basic things they keep breaking.

Simply the worst Experience ever. They know nothing, they do nothing, and totally incompetant. I have been with this company for 18 years (since Dataflame who were fantastic) and finally I have had to move my server and sites to another host who gives a damn about customer service, you can call or chat anytime and actually understands what it is they are doing! All services withdrawn by TSO. They have serious problems they need to address. Just read the feedbacks.I don't usually leave feedbacks but others need to know...Don't touch them with a barge pole!

We have been with them for 10 years and have recommended them to many clients but leaving today because of their non-existent customer service and general incompetence. Such a shame to see what used to be such a good company destroyed in a takeover by corporate greed.

Been with them for 7 years always had a fantastic service and customer experience. Online chat is super, super speedy and they have always resolved any problem for me really quickly. No website downtime - so I'm a happy customer.

Do not use this company. They will “find” suspected malware on your site, lock it, and then proceed to extort you (in the form of cleaning your site) to unlock it. They also take forever to answer.And the saga continues. Like most other reviewers, I've been a client for 10 years. If you need a good example of how not to run a business, take a look at these jokers.

Have been a customer for 14 years. New business strategy seems to be to piss all their loyal customers off making it impossible for them to stay. Upgraded my packages in order to continue working with them, but the customer service that I experienced over seven days, to fix a relatively simple problem, was so unbelievable I've instead spent a considerable amount of time moving to another company and expunging my account - with full refund. No idea what they expect to achieve with this new business model but if the similar reviews are anything to go by, they won't be around for long. Or maybe they will, and they'll continue to treat their customers with contempt. You've been warned!

Absolute nightmare. I've been with them last 15 years and the services keep being downgraded. I keep having so many issues both with my website and emails and no option to call the service anymore as only communication is possible through so called tickets that are available only Mon-Fri 09:00 - 17:00 which is absolutely ridiculous especially when people have the entire business running through them. My website is currently down (today is Sunday) from Friday evening as well as the email (can't send or receive anything) and I can't resolve it myself so I have to wait Monday to do it. It's not the first time and it seriously affect my business. I am definitely moving everything ASAP to the new hosting provider. Unbelievable and not fair.Also, the phone number on Google doesn't get you anywhere and the working times are obviously wrong. The information on their website saying 24/7 ticket is not working either and it's wrong. Next to it is live chat 9/17 and that's not working either. Bonkers. Awful.
