I happened to call Sensyne Health App Support in spite of getting all the help from Agamatrix customer care. The issue was I was still not clear of how I would not lose my data! Shreya, from Sensyne did a great job to patiently explain what I could do and helped me understand the process step by step. Yet to try the steps asked to be done but overall experience was good.
