Homequest is a rental agency with a variety of different properties on their books at various monthly rentals.They do seem quick in organising small work to be done but unfortunately it does take longer for any big jobs to be organised as they have to first get the property owners permission.

my sister and her kids have been in a property now off homequest since October last year, we’ve contacted them and made them aware of multiple faults and there’s nothing being done about it. The house is covered in mould in every room and if anything it’s getting worse, there’s a 5 year old and a 3 year old with severe asthma living in this house in which they are struggling to breathe. I can in fact say I was there myself a few days ago within 20 mins of sitting on the sofa in the front room my chest went so tight and made it hard to breathe which leaded to me having to take a trip to the hospital and they’ve told me to stay away as it’s doing me no good, so god knows how the kids feel they have to sleep in the same room as it it’s so wrong and something needs to be done about it!!

Customer service is good.Employees are very friendly, and look well kempt. the place is well spotless.

Rang on several occasions to try book viewings for a few of their properties. I was told they would call me back on every occasion. In the end I went into the office for the same to be told that when the tenant moved out on a certain property they would call to arrange a viewing. That date has been and gone and still no call. Very unprofessional! I certainly wouldnt want this company managing my house to let out.

I contacted this company by phone this morning, the person that answered needs a lesson in Customer services, he was very abrupt and had a I could not care less attitude"In all very poor"

I've just seen an employee of home Quest drive along the pavement like he's above the law. I don't think that it says anywhere in the road traffic act 1934,1988,1991 or 2004 that because you are a letting agent you can totally disregard the law and drive like an PENIS!!! Do you mr Home Quest f I see you do something as dangerous as that again I'll be reporting you to the police, because it was dam right dangerous as its a residential street with elderly and children. You Idiot!!!
