Fireside By Design

Recently had a fire fitted, great service from start to finish. Andy in the showroom provided us with a great service showing us around and explaining each fire design. Our fire was fitted by professional fitters, clean up process was perfect and no dust was left.Would 100% recommend!

Over the years I have had 3 fires installed by Fireside by Design and each time the service has been excellent . The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you to Andy in the showroom who understood our requirements and to the fitters David and Paul who installed our fire today, doing a great job in awful weather conditions, they are a credit to the company. Very pleased with the fire and overall finish, Would highly recommend.

We found a wide choice of gas fires in the Birkenhead showroom, and the staff were very helpful. We chose a Crystal Gem fire. The fitters Dan and Ryan were efficient and professional. There was no mess, and they explained how to operate the fire with its remote control. We are very pleased with our new fire, which looks very good in our living room.

From start to finish this company have been nothing but absolutely amazing. Showroom has so much variety and staff extremely knowledgeable and experienced.Booked in and no issues at all, the fitters Ant and Shaun were just amazing, so friendly and professional at all times. The end result speaks for itself……. Cant believe I am saying this but looking forward to Winter now.Would have no hesitation in recommending this company and of course Ant and Shaun

Great quality electric fire and fireplace. Andy in the showroom was so helpful with our requirements. Dan & Ryan rang to advise they were on the way and covered all the furniture and carpets before starting work. They did a lovely installation job without any damage to the wallpaper. They explained how to use the settings on the app cleaned up before they left. Great job all round and would definitely recommend.

Amazing service from start to finish. Andy and Jill in the showroom talked through all the options, booked appointments quickly and most importantly provided a very competitive price. Sean and Ant fitted my log burner, they were extremely professional, tidy and knowledgeable. Can’t recommend this company enough, fantastic!

I briefly visited a short while ago. It was brief only because I wasn't well. I do remember being greeted and asked what we were looking for and shown a section that was relevant to our need. They had a good stock and were knowledgeable, answering questions we had. Had to leave after that sadly but intend to return. From my short experience I feel they are a good company that could very well have what we are looking for. UPDATE:We did go back and purchased a fire and surround. Really pleased with the final result. We visited other places but Fireside by Design won for price and really listened to what we wanted and were able to deliver on it. Very happy with it and would recommend.
