I have never been in a place like this before, horrible service, dirty toilet, overpriced, drinks with poor quality, rude staff and disgusting management. There is a girl who works as a bartender that if she was my employee she would be fired in the same time. Her behaviour was unsetable, you could see on her face that she didn't want to work there, she was very rude , she took the orders wrong and when we talked to her,she lied in our face.I am from Los Angeles Ca, I have been working with Raul Paul drag races for years and I have came in this place only for seeing the he drags Show,( disappointed because No show on Saturday night) the only thing that I saw was disrespectful with the costumers.First and last time.

When you enter any Gay friendly pub like the Flying Handbag, you can expect total acceptance whoever you are. It's an 18 only establishment purely because of the very occasional language used. What you shouldn't do is enter with any preconceived ideas of your own personal prejudices, because they do not belong here. There's nothing scary, nor revulsive, nor disgusting. Just people enjoying themselves. If you can't stomach that then GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. PLEASE.Early evening, today, one person stepped over the mark. Big time. That person was gently removed, however, had the support for the remover of every single member of staff and customer.Just remember,.nobody is alone here. You have the maximum love and acceptance to enjoy yourself as whatever the person you wish to be. As long as you accept everyone else as that.Otherwise we will unite.

I was looking for a venue to celebrate with friends. I came across the Flying Handbag about two years ago and thorght it would be a great place to hold this. I wasn't wrong either. The helpful and friendly staff team work really hard to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable night. DJ Nathan played some good tunes including requests and help ensure the night went well. The venue is clean and the food is of a good standard and reasonable price. I look forward to visiting soon. Staff should be proud of everything you do. You made it a night to remember.

This bar provided proper entertainment for drinking, having karaoke on live with a lyrics screen! The bar is stylishly presented, staff were helpful and pool was a blast. I had a pint of Madri, finding the leather seating to be comfortable!

There's an utter arrogant doorman on normally. He protects his chums next door. The scum bag corrupt drug dealing doormen to kaos. And he thinks that makes him a big man errr. I was nearly killed outside kaos in past because of these corrupt doormen n yes including this wolly doormen to the handbag. A complete prat to be a doorman. That's why theres problems, eg doormen to kaos are dealing drugs late at night rather then suppporting ordinary fashion of walking n entering venues, kaos handbag etc. The doormen here is an obnoxious wolly what takes aggressive doormen side etc.

First time we visited. The hospitality starts by the front door, not by the counter! It was perfect and welcoming.. First smile and joke arrived by the security. When we entered in the building it was a wow! Huge floor, modern superb interior design, the bar is in the middle. Barmen are all over. Very friendly and helpful all of them. The drug queen was funny, and welcomed every single person who arrived with some funny joke. We are not from Blackpool but definitely will visit this place in the future again! Thanks for the staff for the great time and experience! X
