What my latest car was very unsure about 1.0 engine boost. So Jack took the car out the showroom filter out of petrol and took us on the m25 my husband go very impressed with the booster which would get out of the way of any just kicked in.Did not feel under pressure into buying. Pop to the service place a couple of times just questions what's no problem couldn't do enough for you. Highly recommend.

I've been disappointed more than a couple of times with Glyn Hopkins Service. The first time I've been there they told me that a full service was necessary which was not requested as the car only needed to have the filter/oil changed but at the time I was new with the car recently bought so I though it could be part of the method that Suzuki adopts to manage service and oil change and I agreed with. So, I left the car and they told me to not bother them with phone call or anything and as soon as the car was ready they would call me for the pick up. Well, the work supposed to last for a couple of hours unless any problem would be recognised with my car but for some reason they forgot to call after the job done, until I decide to call them almost at the end of the day to know what was going on. Basically, they forget to call and even though they apologised I lost a day of work rather than a couple of hours. After that I've been contacted for a recall by the main factory due to a possible malfunction of the break system and pump, for safety reason even though my car wasn't affect by the issue I decided to book an appointment and it went all smooth but I had to wait for two months and on the day of the intervention just only after my check-in on line I received a phone call by one the secretary saying that the intervention of recall on the car wasn't possible on the day as they run out of the parts need them to be changed. At the point after I've lost a day of work already booked off for the purpose, I've asked when it would be available another slot and they told me they couldn't predicted that. At that time I didn't book and I called back later. When I called back I booked again for my recall and I asked them also to change the oil again as I reached the mileage that demands a oil change and they replied to me saying that they wouldn't be able to change just the oil but that they had to do a proper service, changing the filter and checking other things again after just few month. Long story short I ended it up going somewhere else, far more from where I live but at least the customer service and the attention to clients and customers is human and professional as the care for the vehicles and their needs. I'm sorry but won't recommend this Suzuki branch whatsoever.

I have paid for full service £307 and my car did not need anything changed. All was in perfect condition just the normal check and change oil. The surprise was when I discovered that they charge you according on how old the car is and is not the same price for all. My car is in perfect conditions and that starting price is what I paid. I always take my car there for service, but today I feel let down. If you have a Fiat model 2014 be prepare to pay minimum of £307 for servive of you car even if it is in perfect condition, if not you will pay way too much for miles and extra job needed.

Had a first year service this morning and as always, the reception staff greet you with a smile and the whole process is both effortless and seamless. Cannot rate the service centre and ALL their staff highly enough!

First class service from Mick in reception.Friendly greeting even though he was 3 staff short. The car was washed and polished and fully valeted on collection. The car drove like a dream after its service. Highly recommended.
