After nearly 40 years of neglecting my back problems and a recent very painful flare-up, I experienced real relief after one Bowen session with Lynda. Oh my goodness, I would not have believed how effective it was and can thoroughly recommend this treatment.

I went to Craig Allison couldn't recommend him enough, he makes you feel really comfortable and relaxed as I was extremely nervous going, he takes the time you need and he doesn't rush the appointment,I had hurrendous pain in my lower back, he was absolutely fantastic I was in agony and with only a few treatments was able to sort out all my issues and more!!! Craig goes above and beyond to make you feel at ease, and he is passionate about his job, and works to the best of his ability.
