Outstanding customer service.They weren't carrying enough stock to order what I needed but updated their website so the order could be placed. This was then shipped direct from the manufacturer (Wedgwood).Unfortunately a couple pieces had flaws but one email later and replacements were already on the way!Ordering, updates on progress, and fixing issues we're all handled very swiftly. Excellent.

Good prices and free P&P if your order is over £50, LOL which is quite easy to do. Ordered at 14.00 one day, delivered 10.30 the next even though I didn't select next day delivery. Everything was well packaged and wrapped with no damage to anything. Would recommend - many thanks (thumbs up)

Excellent price and postage was speedy, but way too much non-recyclable packaging used to protect the bowls - particularly the use of polystyrene chips. Why could scrunched up recyclable brown paper not be used?

Poor service. Ordered product above the threshold for free shipping. They cancelled the order as the shipping cost was too much. The terms on their website are false.

Visited twice recently to buy from two wedding lists, each time the woman who served us was rude, aggressive, confrontational and inefficient . She couldn't even work the computer . It was a horrible experience and we are not going back.

Sent me 2nd quality plates scratched and brown mottled all over. Should be white like the other plate in the photo. I had to pay return postage which is not legal when an item is faulty. Never will buy from here again. They may be from different range but should still be white not BROWN!
