I regret buying my first car from them, and would never recommend this trader.They sold me a car WITH THE WRONG SERVICE BOOK. 3 months later my exhaust falls off. I kept ringing and contacting them but they took their time to reply to me until I threatened to take them to court.I would never buy a car from them again.

A very smooth transaction from start to finish and top notch customer service. Buying a vehicle has never been easier. Will definitely be back in the near future.

Quick and responsive replies from owner. Got a great car there and it’s performed well so far. Seems like a professional outfit and didn’t feel a bit dodgy like some used car dealers can.

Bought a Volkswagen Golf in January.Tokeer let me take it for a test drive and answered any questions.Nearly 4 months later and all I've done is top up the oil.Car came with some service history and a warranty & it hasn't let me down yet.When the time comes to change my car, I will definitely consider using this dealership again.

Sold me an unrelaible car that had loads of problems including issues with power steering, brakes, battery and engine belts. Had to take ashraf to court after he told me to get things sorted and he would pay, he never did pay so the court made him! Then 12 months after completing the deal I get a letter to say my part exchange vehicle had been dumped and as former keeper I would get a bill. All paperwork was passed to the company for the part exchange and they are now chasing autopoint for fees as I did not have anything to do with the car. Stay away from this dodgy backstreet car dealer at all costs.

as for now 5* very nice staff and easy smooth transaction. will see how it goes with the car I have bought, so far so good......... Update, after a while car developed ABS fault I was promised a 3 months warranty with the purchase. Unfortunately the warranty company refused to cover the costs for repair (typical). I have contacted the Autopoint regarding this and they have offered to cover half of the costs of the repairs, even sorted out required parts to get the car fixed. Can't fault their service and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!!!

The words,car salesman and gentleman don't normally go together but on this occasion they do. From the moment I arrived to leaving having bought a Peugeot 3008 it was unhurried, unpressured, unbelievable. Went here with my daughter and son-in-law to pick up a car for her. Travelled from Hull, very friendly man at Autopoint, not pushy but efficient. Did not feel under pressure at all. Nice car for the money, my daughter extremely pleased with Ruby" ad she has named the car! Can highly recommend this garage which sells mainly vans but has a good number of decent

Not even worthy of one star...The salesman Ash was very helpful to begin. I went to look at a car and test drove it... very good to drive!Needed an MOT on it.. he did it.Needed som TLC on a fog light... he agreed to book it in within days..Needed an SD card for satnav and he said he would sort one out... said he would have it ready by the end of the day... heard nothing. Called from 5pm no answer.. called down as he closes at 6pm as it says on website no answer.. and left a voicemail on his machine for a call back so we could purchase car.and still Not heard from him yet! Gone 24 hours later... still waitingIf you wanted to sell a car u would certainly do what you can to sell...Absolutely NO communication from this back street dealer so Avoid at all costs
