After a rough start with my first hire car Alex the manager redeemed the company and the branch more than I could of asked for! Very friendly staff and the management are 5*! I would recommend anybody wishing to hire a vehicle contact Alex the branch manager!!

Amazing service from Harry and Alex (manager). The cars given to me weren’t meeting my needs and they arranged for new ones to be sent to me. The cars weren’t great but that’s personal preference. I dealt with Harry on most occasions and he was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Thank you.

If I could leave 0 stars I would.2 days before our wedding, mine and my wife's cars both broke down! (worst luck!). We needed the cars to not only get to the wedding but to run errands the day before.So, at 19.00 the day before I needed the car, I booked an SUV online, paying £280 to cover us for the weekend.On the hour long walk down to the store, I got a phone call saying they'd tried calling me earlier" (lies) and that they had "no cars at all for that day and they don't know what's coming in so can't tell me anything".After borrowing my parents car as a last resort

Booked a car online and paid for it .. only to have a phone call saying they don't have any cars available.... that was Friday the 4th August ... it's the 9th August and had to call them to chase up the refund ... to be told that it will be 8 - 10 working days . Absolutely disgusting that this can happen ... will never use again and we will never recommend this company ... I wish I could put - stars .. hideous!!!!!

Just had excellent service from Enterprise Bridgend and Gatwick airport. They helped to sort out a mix up by our cars manufacture insurance case manager. The car we were provided was in excellent condition.

I can only say my experience with Enterprise Bridgend was amazing from the time I had my first contact to returning the car. Dan was my first contact and took his time to explain everything and I believe it was Dan who checked the car back in . Morgan went through everything on hire and ensured I understood and was polite and helpful . If needed would definitely use again
