Agree with most of the previous reviews. Some staff helpful on the phone, but then you see the doctor and turn out they can`t or won`t refer you anywhere (that would be there job) not even checking you out what is wrong whit you, just give you medications a lot`s of it.Wales NHs have to change, or will fall apart very soon, and no patient left to treat at all.

Tried to get to just speak to a receptionist, nevermind a doctor. It's been nearly a month of ringing every morning. To be in a queue of on average 40 people. Absolutely terrible service!

Never really had issues with the surgery until the last year or so. Spend days trying to get through. Constantly on hold and then getting cut off 20-30 minutes into any call. Even tried messaging the practice through their site so I’m not clogging up the phone line but that doesn’t get answered either. My wife is in a different surgery and the experience there is the total opposite. She gets a response for a start. Once this latest issue is resolved (if it is ever sorted) I will be looking to move

Under staffed and not fit for purpose, only accept appointments before 10am where you will wait an hour in a queue of 50 people listening to the same dribble while on hold and if you phone after 10am where you will be 3rd in a queue, to book an appointment (that's convenient for them wether it be today, tomorrow or even next week. You will be told straight up theirs nothing they can do phone back tomorrow before 10am..... as a working man this is completely impractical as I don't get to sit in a queue for an hour.

Mount Surgery has gone from being a reliable helpful practice to a complete shambles. You can't book an appointment by phone as no one answers, try booking in person and you get told they only accept phone bookings! There website you are directed to isn't working. How is anyone expected to get medical help when there is no where to go? Mount Surgery need to look at the process and procedures and realise its not fit for purpose. We've all had to change the way we work and operate through the pandemic, other surgeries seem to manage to adapt.

Unfortunately this practice is very poorly managed. I waited 45mins this morning for B12 injection and left without having it. No one could tell how much longer I needed to wait. So I'm activly seeking a new practice!

Shocking.I rarely have a Doctors appointment or tie up Drs time. Now I cant order a repeat prescription over the phone. I understand the Receptionists are busy so emailing a request or querywould be a convenience for both but Im not allowed to do that either. Now I have to drive to the surgery whilst its open (I work 8-5 in Swansea - no chance!) or drop it through the letterbox. Thats a 15 mile round trip!. Or post it (has to be recorded as they claim not to recieve it. 2 days in the post 2 days to get a prescription = 4 day wait. This is why people go to A & E where we look forward to a scolding You should have seen your Dr instead of wasting our resources". Completely agree! But no choice when you cant book for several weeks for something routine OR the 8.30 am "lottery" to get an "emergency appointment". The Drs are NOT to blame. The receptionists need to be replaced or intensive course in customer service. Arrogant

I have been trying to get through to the Drs for over a week with no joy after being number 17 in the que and not getting anywhere i finally give up as i for one don't have the money to stay on the phone all day, and the telephone triage service has not been working for well over a month and seems is never updated i can see why so many people are fed up

Far too difficult to get an appointment on most occasions. When you get an appt the staff are generally excellent but it's too difficult when you really need to see a doctor.

Made online request to see a doctor. Get a call back and told to go over minor injury for xray. Get to minor injury to be told 'sorry we don't xray coxyx anymore as if its broken nothing can be done' I only wanted pain relief. Minor injury could not prescribe anything stronger than paracetamol. Again a waste of time and something my gp could have sorted.Rang 111 as the surgery was closed by the time I got home. Waited 10 hours again only to be told go to a&e!
