The most relaxing salon I have ever visited, plus the most professional and friendly team. All topped-off with a super cut and colour every time! Highly recommend.

Would like to say a huge thank you to Jason Palmer and his team @jasonpalmerhair. The moment I stepped over the door way, I felt like l could just relax. Such a welcoming and calming environment. I would like to thank Tiffany for my beautiful colour and Kayleigh for my bouncy blow dry. I have booked again and look forward to coming back. I have been to so many different salons in and around the Newbury area and they always seem manic and over run. At Jason Palmer they really do take care not to rush you and pay attention to detail. If your paying for a service, you really want to feel like you have had value for money and that you are a valued customer. Well I can honestly say I felt all of the above. I have been to Jason palmer since moving to Newbury in 2020. I have recently changed but decided to go back as the staff were always friendly.I called yesterday to try and get an appointment, the receptionist told me that I needed a patch test again. She booked me in for today, I did stress that there were appointments available for the dates I wanted and I was worried they would go. I said I was going to just book online. She said I couldn’t do this as I needed a consultation. I looked online this morning and all the appointments had gone for the time scale I needed, I rang to say what had happened and that there wasn’t any point in coming today for the patch test. She never apologised she just said ok.I was very disappointed that she hadn’t taken ion board what I said yesterday and while on the phone never even tried to speak to a stylist or try to help.Very disappointing

I recently moved to the area and have been looking for the right hairdresser. I saw Chloe today and could not be happier. The salon was clean, organised and every member of staff was friendly. You could hear how they treated all the customers with such respect and kindness including a lady who had dementia. I cannot wait for my next cut.
