Bute House Dental Surgery

We were recommended Bute House Dental Surgery by the people that we bought our house from. They are extremely efficient and very good to deal with from registration to our first check up. The dentist that we saw was really gently and explained what he was doing. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful too. So, from my first experience, I would highly recommend them.

On my many recent visits to Bute House Dental Surgery, the care and attention to detail given by Dentist Kuljeet Dhanjal has been outstanding and so worthy of a 5 star review. I recently changed dentists and I'm very happy that I chose Bute House. My initial check up was very thorough and the dentist took time to walk me through the x-ray results and to discuss possible treatment going forward. I also had a hygenist appointment which was also very thorough and painless. The payment plan is a great bonus as it means I can make regular small payments every month instead of having to fork out big sums several times a year. The reception staff and dental nurses are all very friendly, helpful and professional and so I'm more than happy to recommend this practice as my experience so far has been excellent.

This was first visit to the dentist since relocating to Deal and, in fact, the last visit to a dentist was well before the Covid outbreak. I’m not a lover of going to the dentist and all I can say is that I was treated with great care and the dentist I am assigned to, Danielle Gorrod, was aware and treated me respect and understanding whereas previous dentists have been quite superior in attitude especially as I’m a smoker. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful too with Surgery clean, bright and professional in appearance. I would highly recommend this dentist.

I have every confidence in the dentist I saw at Bute House, Dr. Amarjeet Chaggar. He's done quite a bit of work on my mouth now. Pain was negligible and he solved the problems that made me book the appointments. The staff are all very pleasant. I didn't have to wait long for an appointment and I was seen promptly on the day. I only wish I still had NHS coverage.

I broke a tooth on Saturday and was fortunate to get an appointment straight away this morning ( Monday) the receptionist was very polite and helpful to fit me in urgently. The dentist I saw was extremely professional and kind and put me at ease over my options for treatment, with no pressure for costly treatments.

I have been coming here for over 30 years. Can't recommend highly enough. Dr Dyson is so reassuring and gentle. Very friendly nurses. No complaints at all

I have to say that the care attention given to me by Dr Dyson and Nurse Tracy is always exemplary, and they always both make me feel at ease. The reception staff are polite and welcoming. I would recommend this service to my friends and family.

Recently registered with Bute House Dentist.Last week had Fillings done by Danielle and her assistant Helen both were lovely and talk through every stage of what was going to be done .This helped me a lot as I had told them that I was quite nervous of having work done .They were both brilliant.and very understanding and gentle which helped me to stay calm and put me at ease.I found all the staff there that I meet very friendly Molly on reception and other staff but don't know all names yet.Thanks all of you and I would definitely recommend any one needing a good understanding Dentist and friendly staff to go there.Thanks again Lynn Miller

Been coming here for many, many years. Great if you are a nervous patient and just as great if you are not. Always kind, friendly and professional, you feel cared for and cared about. They will tell you about your treatment (understanding exactly how much you want to know to support you) and you feel fully involved in what is happening. Sceptical at first about the treatment plan idea, it works very well. Thoroughly recommended and gratefully thanked for all that you do and have done over the years.
