Had been planning on buying an electric scooter for a while , and glad I went to Skootz in Edinburgh.Mark certainly knows his stuff and was really helpful in guiding me towards the best scooter for my needs . I love my new mode of transport , and I'm out on it whenever I can ...

Disappointed by the overall experience to be fair. I was Charged a ridiculous rate to repair a wobbly scooter stick shaft after all the issues I had previous...After purchased scooter which was a gift... less than a year old..and then it snapping in half - I Get a refurbed scooter to less of a standard than the original purchased. I was Offered No extension on warranty nor extended care package which I paid extra for.Even issues after refurb scooter was noted! Battery issue cutting out. I was more than reasonable with said repairs and time taken to do said repairs..They on the other hand coud not wait to take my money to repair the wobbly stick! It Was agreed £35 which I paid on the day, but then asked to pay £35 more to collect it was shameful!I wont recommend them In future esp after this debacle..Scootz you let me down bigtime!

was sick of punctures in my scooter tyres so decided to go with honeycombs and was quoted 3 weeks for appointment at other places! called at 2pm on Friday the gent said we close at 6 come on up! I arrived at 15:45 and was scooting home before 5pm!!Top work excellent, friendly, fast and reliable. If I need anything in the future..... Skootz is where I am going!!

Purchase the Proton Pro 3 today customer service was outstanding he took time to explan all the diffrent specs of the scooter that I looked at and decided on this one. Can't w8 till it's fully charged up. Thank you

Excellent aftercare service from mark and his team in relation to my e_bike that I purchased from skootz and needed repaired after over a year of constant usage ergo no complaints from me only compliments

so got myself a scooter from Skootz asked questions on the one i liked got the answers and extra advice about safety and servicing,it Amazing how easy they are to use and how quick they can go .the staff so helpful in my choice, ordered a helmet its out of stock in shop no problem borrow ours till we get it in that great customer service. i was thinking about an e-bike but this is way more better. my trip to work has just got way more fun,Thanks guys

I bought an electric scooter from Skootz at Easter Road Edinburgh this week. After telling Mark what I needed it for, he was very helpful in finding me the right one for my requirements. Friendly and informative, this is the place to go if you have the inevitable list of questions I had about buying one - I would recommend popping in and talking to them, it has already made a big difference to me.
