The staff are so welcoming, caring and patient. Each client is treated with respect from the moment you step through the door. The place has a sense of calmness about it, I totally relax as soon as I sit down. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Wonderful service. Really professional. Everyone so friendly and helpful. We have been coming for six years, and know not only are our feet made to feel great, other health issues are checked too. Theresa is fabulous and a lovely person too.

As a carer I have taken our service here on loads of occasions. Always used Rachel, she is very welcoming, professional & knowledgable when ever asking questions, she has a lot of patience with the service users I bring in typically having dementia. The clinic staff also are very welcoming. I would very highly recommend especially Rachel

Rachel the podiatrist which I go to for chiropody is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She has given sound advice to improve my foot health and is always upbeat and helpful. Would definitely recommend

I received an excellent service here. I came in suffering some pain. Rachel told me why and knew what to do. She carried out a minor procedure with skill and consideration. She answered all my questions thoroughly and in a friendly way. I left feeling comfortable and informed. I won't hesitate to visit Rachel again when the need arises.

Theresa is always friendly and professional. I feel completely confident in her hands. Theresa is knowledgeable, experienced and thorough. She always makes sure I understand what she is doing and why, my feet always feel wonderful when I leave.I also attend for Beauty treatments, and Trish always makes me feel amazing.I would definitely recommend Crossgates Chiropody and therapy centre.
