Needed a service and repair - as a clueless woman, I was given professional and caring service, Lee explained everything clearly, gave a really reasonable quote and did a sterling job. I will always use this service and cannot recommend him enough.

Prompt, clean worker put dust sheets down. Friendly, explained the problems & fixed quickly g a great price . He called back 2 Days later to check all was good. I will definitely recommend him.

Lee was called on Wednesday to come and sort out heating and water not working by our estate agent as an emergency. He didn't arrive until Saturday and was in quite a bad mood about it because he said he doesn't usually work those days. He theb became aggressive and suggested that we had turned our own heating off - I did point out that this was not the case. The heating promptly stopped working after he left and he showed up this morning, accused my husband of turning switches off (because we have nothing better to do than turn off our own heating in November with a 6 year old child at home) and proceeded to invite my husband outside" to settle it. I am absolutely flabbergasted by this behaviour and on his previous visits I have only ever been accommodating

This is the second time we used Lee from Swifty's. But we needed a new boiler this time and he came to check the kitchen units to where the old boiler was and discussed different types we could have that would fit the small area. We asked lots of questions and he answered every one. He also explained other systems we could put in and costs. He has done a beautiful job installing this new boiler for a very reasonable price too. He stuck to the quote and went above and beyond whilst making good. Our flu needed shifting slightly, he repaired the roof area to fit as well as replastering the area around the new Flu position on the kitchen ceiling.He was neat and tidy cleaned up everything nicely too. He kept us informed of everything. Once fitted he spent lots of time with us explaining how the new boiler works. He made sure we knew how to use the boiler before he left. He worked very hard, not even taking lunch.We won't hesitate to use Lee again. A wonderful guy.

Was recommended Lee Swift as we needed a new boiler. He answered the e mail quickly and came and gave us a quote within 2 days. The boiler was replaced quickly, efficiently and neatly within a week.

Didn't show up on wednesday when he was supposed to. Showed up on Saturday, surly and rude.When called back on Monday as the boiler/heating had failed again he accused me of sabotaging my own boiler and became physically confrontational and threatening.Absolutely insane and obviously violent AVOID.
