Buffet China Hanley

We went on a Thursday night. Warm friendly atmosphere, staff are very friendly and don't rush to clear your plates away from you. Lots of different typical Chinese dishes and amazing starter bits. Definitely be going back soon.

Everything is just so so, the savoury food, the décor & the desserts are like something a kid would throw together The Pepsi was flat and the staff are miserable, not a smile or a please & thank you.It is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, has no disabled toilets and has both external and internal stairs (no ramp).CASH ONLY was most inconvenient & my disabled wife & my children were made to stand and wait until I returned with cash, they were not even shown to a table.There's very little selection of food.If you want a buffet, Bon Pan Asia nearby is far superior.

Five of us went, three children (7, 9 and 10) and two adults and food and drink cost us £45. Food was lovely with refillable drinks (including vimto!). The kids were chuffed with a good selection of chinese and English food. A larger selection is avaible in the evenings. Staff were lovely! One us had to nip to tesco to get some cash to pay and she let me and the children have our drinks while we waited. Lovely room with string light trees and comfy seats.

Quite nice Asian buffet or bistro. I have to say the price is affordable or the food quality they offer. I missed some generous meals and on the other hand have seen something new. Don't expect too much as you're not paying a lot for all you can eat menu.What I liked was the decent decoration and way they separated the place with different styles. You can find big tables for groups and some mid sizes ones to seating for couples only.

Awful experience when my girlfriend and I wanted to try somewhere new. We weren't greeted at the door for a good 5 minutes (with no queue) The overall experience felt as though we were walking into somebody's home and helping ourselves to their 3 day old leftover Chinese food. Cold, Tasteless, clearly not fresh and avoid the 'Duck' (as seen in the photo) at all costs as it resulted in me being physically ill after eating.The atmosphere was the Only enjoyable thing about our experience yet even that was ruined when a young female family member of the Manager was climbing over the tables, onto the mountain goat and over the displays.The Sweet and Sour Chicken (as seen in the photo) was cold and swimming in a sauce that had clearly stuck to the trays. My girlfriend wanted Chips after seeing the mess of sauce on my plate and I honestly don't blame her, although she swiftly changed her mind after she found a long black hair amongst them.Save Your Money,Go To Bon Pan Asia.

Went there today and paid £24 for two people.Very disappointing both with the staff who were very miserable made you feel uncomfortable as soon as we got through the door and the food - chicken chow mien with no chicken. And sliced chicken with pancake rolls. Everything else was dry and lacking in flavour.The deserts were terrible too a Jaffa cake and cherry bake well. I will not be going again

Food was horrible. Was not impressed. It is 8.80 per adult and 4.40 per child 1.4 metres or under. My niece in law was wearing high heels and was just over the 1.4 and yet still billed us for an adult. On top of that it's 2.50 per small glass of coke. Ok it's refillable but 2.50?? Really??. We will not be going there again anytime soon.

I liked it and would go back again. Went on Wednesday around 19:00 - paid £13.99 each and had a huge buffer selection - sushi, sweet and sour chicken, steak, strawberries and melon etc. Would definitely go back again. Not too crowded, everyone is friendly, and had an enjoyable meal. It would be better if all the food was cooked fresh, but for the price it is good especially as it's all you can eat :) Looking forward to going again.

FANTASTIC. We went for a meal here at 7 pm on Wednesday evening, it's spotlessly clean and 5 STAR HYGENE RATED. The food was superb and the service outstanding. Price wise it was a bargain at £9.20 each with plenty of choices. Yes there are dearer restaurant's, but for food, decor and service, in my opinion it can't be beaten. Parking is a stones throw from Hanley Tesco and l will certainly be returning. IGNORE the bad review's and give it a try, its probably, in my opinion, only envious competition writing them...

Worst Chinese we have ever been to. It was very quite and hardly any food out and what was out was dyed up and cold. The pudding selection was jaffa cakes, mini rolls and cherry bake wells it was like a 3 year old birthday.
