Bit of a let down. Okay so it's a Greene King pub so don't be expecting fine dining, but what we ordered was a bit stale. The menu is quite good, lots of choice, but sadly the food wasn't cooked very well. The main issue in this place is the state of it, it's a bit minging. I didn't see one single table get cleaned in the hour and half we were here, and all the tables within eyesight were dirty and had leftover food and drink on them. People were coming in and having to move the leftovers to another table themselves. I won't be returning anytime soon.

BAD MANAGEMENTOn Wednesday, I try to call them to book a festive meal on Saturday - but no answer. I tried again on Thursday and again on Friday. On Friday at 11am they finally answered the phone.The person who answered didn't really seem to know how phones worked and which end to speak into, as she was not really bothered about speaking to me.I asked to book for the festive meal & she said oh you need to give 24 hours notice". I explained that it was for tomorrow afternoon (ie: over 24 hours). She said that she didn't know and would ask the Manager and call me back "IF she had time".Of course she didn't bother to call me back

Called in here for lunch after shopping today. Food was really easy to order through the app and arrived promptly to the table meaning it was lovely and warm. We all had different dishes and no one was disappointed. The staff are all really friendly and helpful too.

We attended for the Santa's breakfast, had an amazing time all the staff made it very magical for the children, Beth especially always goes out of her way to make us comfortable! Great day thankyou so much ❤️

Lovely experience staff are friendly and the food is amazing. I enjoyed my lasagna and garlic bread and my natchose and also my pudding, the service was spot-on and I would visit this place again. Friendly staff ready to serve and very prompt and quick with serving toilets was nice and clean, and overall experience was amazing. I would definitely recommend coming here again.

Celebrating my daughters 10th birthday with family, and every single one of us were well fed and satisfied. Very good value for money. Staff were friendly and welcoming and accommodated our requirements. Already looking forward to the next occasion we will visit, highly recommend a visit

Attend here regularly for the Thursday quiz. Whilst my last review was not a good one this time it seems items raised have been addressed. The food was good and the staff were very friendly.Beth was really kind and clearly passionate about great customer service. Thank you.As always Sam(quiz host) did a great job with the quiz.

We booked for 33 settings for our elders. Our second visit this year. All enjoyed the food. The food was staggered in service which meant all meals were not enjoyed together. Lots of choice and the deals of 2 meals for £11.99 is good value. Staff were helpful and polite. Disappointed they had no milk for hot drinks. Family friendly and accessible venue.

Food is not bad at all. ( steak fondue )Ordered medium rare, but they bring us done.And the table was dirty when we come. Reserved table on special time. Waited 20 minutes until they clean it. And been going to asking to clean the table twice.And went to the bar twice and no word about that need woman told me that I need to wait and that someone will come to take my order.When I last come to clean the table I asked if she will take my order on what I got an answer that the order needed to do on the bar.Just because of taste of bread and cheese with meat I'm not putting all everything 1 star.
