Missed side of my nails on at least 4 fingers.I had my first visit 3 weeks ago to this nail bar. I was very impressed. Unfortunately this visit I was very disappointed . Although it was a different person who did them this time. I will pay them another visit to give them another opportunity. I will definatley make sure the person who did them this time doesn't do them on my next visit. I was also charged more than my last visit.

Not bad the first time I went, shocked at the price but didn’t say anything. Second time was dreadful. Two nails have snapped while on holiday paid £40 for gel powder but the worst bit was I waited from 11 until 1 to even be seen after been told ten minutes every time I asked. Then took 1.5 hrs to complete. Won’t be returning

Would highly recommend the service here the attention to detail is second to none better than any of the other nail salons of this level I have attended thank you

I've visited for a full set of Acrylics before, the nails were nice when they were completed however it took nearly 2hrs to complete a full set. My nails were filed down ALOT, so once I had the acrylics taken off my nails were very weak. I stopped going in because of this. I've since been visiting a different nail shop and had great service, unfortunately I chipped one of the nails and it was coming off. So I popped into America nails whilst on my lunch break to get the acrylic taken off without damaging my natural nail. The nail technician used a nail tip to remove the acrylic from my nail instead of soaking it, like I'd anticipated. Which resulted in my losing the corner of my natural nail. When I addressed the issue I didn't even get an apology.

I tried this place before, I had not very good experience, I decide to came back in case it was a bad day... I had both manicure and pedicure done, it was a bad experience again. I'm not sure either about the hygienic. Sorry, its not for me.

Love this nail salon. Just moved back to Wetherby and it’s much better than the ones I have used for the last few years. My acrylics are shaped nicely, not too thick and are always finished with a good attention to detail. Reasonable prices (I pay between £15-30 for infills depending on the polish used) and they have an impressive range of colours

So impressed with the attention to detail with shape of acrylics but no manicure for the price. Also be sure your colour looks as you chose- mine was not!
