Julia the receptionist was really friendly and approachable and made the experience really easy and less daunting (I hate anything to do with cars and MOT I just panic!) The MOT was done and completed in one day, even with things to fix so done very quickly and they washed my car which was also lovely! The place itself is really nice and relaxed vibe ☺️Thank you Howard's!

I had my Peugeot serviced and MOT’d at Howard’s this week. I bought the car from them last year, which was a very positive experience thanks to Lloyd. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and extras - such as a video of the car in the workshop. I would thoroughly recommend Howard’s for the professional service and great courtesy shown. Particular mention to Lloyd and Ben for making the process seamless. 10 out of 10!!

Have used Howard’s for a number of years for both servicing and car purchase. This years service and MOT carried out smoothly and full information and advice given on any deficiencies. Video of HealthCheck on car provided is an excellent idea. Receptionists deliver excellent customer service all the time. Good to see Carla back in Yeovil as Service Manager.

Outstanding Peugeot dealership. Once we had resolved that my online service booking had not been received by the dealership Alison quickly remedied it over the phone the week before. On the day checking in was quick, again assisted by Alison as was the payment at collection. Prompt service done in 1.5hrs including a car wash. Very happy. Great customer service! Thank you!
