Doncaster Alarms

Poor aftercare service, they don’t care once they have your money.Edit: you answered this review but not my numerous calls. Money driven! I have the receipt to prove I’m a customer and the broken equipment to prove your poor service!

This firm installed our gate intercom and house intercom last year. Recently the people at the gate can't hear us talking to them very well at all & one of the gates no longer opens automatically(we push it open). On 28th December I left a voicemail for someone to call me. 2 calls left on 30th December & 1 more on New Years Eve. 4 more calls were made to this company & answered 3 times by what seemed to be an overflow Reception who also deal with other companies as she said 'We'll get someone to call you'. Meanwhile an email from Dale Hopkinson was received informing me that they 'weren't really working through Christmas' but he'll come out Friday. So with my wife taking Friday afternoon off work to wait for him & me emailing him back TWICE that Friday asking what time he's coming to no reply back, I put in THREE calls to their office and guess what...... you got it, absolutely NOTHING BACK. No phone call, no email, no apology. At 2 minute to 5pm last Friday I called asking for a Manager to speak to you but yet again this 'Reception' person couldn't put me through to anyone nor provide me with any email address. We're still waiting for Dale to show up and its 4.50pm Sunday afternoon!!Will I get a call from a Manager tomorrow(Monday) morning?-I'm certainly not going to hold my breath.When this firm installed the system I was very happy & a reasonable price but there 'aftercare/customer service' really really is something else. Awful.

I would highly recommend this company without hesitation. They are very professional, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. The products are great quality at a very reasonable price. We had a new CCTV system installed and it is fantastic, plus they are very tidy and left no mess! We are definitely buying a new alarm system from these guys in the new year. very happy with our alarm system it was explained to us in detail what was required as we have several dogs we thought it may be a problem ,but no we had a system fitted that allowed for this,we made up our mind over several days ,and there was no pressure,its the best thing we have done ,peace of mind and the service is second to none .he put it on test for us and called back to see us,and when we were happy and everything ok he set it for real.as we are older now ,we needed a alarm simple but effective we got it,thank you doncaster alarms.
