I have been training at D&A for the past few months now and the gym is great, the coach’s are very attentive to your personal needs and the atmosphere in the gym is always upbeat.I would definitely recommend giving them a try if you’re thinking about getting into boxing.

An amazing gym with the best trainers out there. Get 10/10 treatment every session and get pushed to our limits - I have never felt this fit in such a short period of time!! Everyone is really encouraging and the gym has great facilities, I’d recommend this place to anyone.

I have joined this gym recently to prepare for fight night and already in a short span have I seen my cardio and abilities improve. Really great staff who are extremely good at pushing you far beyond what you thought your limits were. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to get into boxing as the staff are very welcoming and great at teaching.

i went here for a few sessions over the summer and now i’ve started fight night training and it’s amazing. the coaches push you and you become so much better for it. i’d recommend to anyone, whether you want to start boxing or just get fit, it’s a great place to start!

Joined this gym recently to train for the Uni of Birmingham fight night in December, and I've loved it so far! The coaches are very passionate about providing the best training possible and care about getting the best performance out of each individual. They push you hard on the fitness sessions and with the technical side they have started from the very basics and progressed at a pace that ensures you understand what you are doing and why you are doing it. Top quality training! A perfect balance of being friendly and helpful, yet still providing discipline

Top class Boxing Gym. Friendly and experienced staff. Excellent technically skilled coaches and PTs. I started the gym and attended the boxing classes which were great. But then when I started a few personal 1 to 1 sessions I started to see a vast improvement in my boxing skills, weight loss, and muscle gain.A***** Would definitely recommend this gym. Vinny is a great Fitness coach and Antony is a masterful boxing instructor... combined they are really getting me back into tip top shape.

Recently joined this gym to train for a fight. The coaches are great, they know what they’re doing and are very helpful. They are approachable but push you to give 100% every session. Massively enjoyed the boxing classes and can feel myself improving each session. Would 100% recommend to anyone considering a boxing gym, whether you are a beginner or and experienced boxer.

An absolutely amazing gym, top quality training with the best trainers out there. I'm training here for the upcoming Birmingham fight night, and all the trainers push you past your limits, if you give them 100% they give 110% out. I can already feel a massive improvement in myself, 10/10 gym, would highly recommend.

Danny is a good coach. He did organise a good good session yesterday with intense fitness drills. The space is always open in the mornings for free use and independant training. However, I have been enjoying classes on offer due to the friendly and competitive atmosphere, which only accelerates my personal progress. Is a good space.✨️Definitely better than other boxing gyms where ppl don't pay attention to new people.

Top quality boxing gym, joined recently to train for a fight night coming up in December. The staff are all very passionate, experienced and friendly; they're always offering help and advice when needed. Great environment that keeps you motivated to push yourself and give 100%, without it being intimidating to new comers.
