I was a little apprehensive about my purchase but after speaking to Martin directly I was put at ease by his fantastic, above and beyond customer service. Thankfully this made me go ahead with the purchase, because the laptop was immaculate, exactly as described, and arrived the next working day. Martin kept me in the loop throughout and checked in after I received the laptop to ask how I was getting on. Awesome experience, 10/10 all round!
