Wanted a colour label printer for custom gin bottles. Not really sure what I needed. Matthew and team have been very patient in answering all my questions and in guiding me to the correct printer. They printed various proofs on different materials so I could really test the product. Samples even had cost per print information on the back to compare. Magnum Materials Customer Service is the best - they were able to revisit how labels were cut, and reduced MOQ from 10k labels to 2k!! Fantastic customer service, and a huge thank you to Stuart and Mike for all their help. We wanted to upgrade our Epson C3500 to the new C6000 model and wanted to run on a Mac. They spent hours with me making sure everything would work the way I wanted and going over all the media options. I now have the machine and everything is working perfectly and the new labels look amazing. Thanks for all your help, it is really appreciated.
