Council of Somali Organisation

I was truly excited to work with this Organisation as one of few organisation with a somali CEO and who received a funding from LCRFunding to assist somali community in providing vital services during COvid19. They have great concept but failed in its execution. I became a member and seeked their support in a grant application. I was allocated with a writer from their organisation. this is when my problem started. my writer was just busy or distracted else where - my emails were not answered and felt i wasnt being supported enough especially as i was on a deadline. after bringing it to organisation attention twice, i was told (by Harriett) they cant provide me with a different writer and that i had till 5pm that day to decide whether i wanted to continue or leave the services. my advise to the company is, to improve their client services (client satisfaction) and truly be invested in solving their members problem. as member of the somali community im truly disgusted and disappointed.fairness means upholding the truth - the bid writer chose not to charge you because she knows she did not help me with the application and you failed to intervene- tell me which freelancer says no to their hard earned money. you cant support me as I got kicked out of the membership. google review allows photos to be uploaded (please show the effort made to explain to me - please dont make my review a baseless - this is my experience and you cant say it didnt happen.
