Royal Mail

Royal Mail for a long time I posted mail by second class, I thought posting first class would be better how wrong was I the people I am sending to are getting a card to state they have to pay £1-50 why??? They never got this when I posted 2nd class it’s basically an envelope with a one page letter and a small vial in it don’t get it

You really need to sort out your opening times. Each time I come they’ve changed, and the website is completely wrong. For someone who does night shift like myself getting to you when you’re actually open is very difficult, so if you say you’re open till 3pm on a weekend you actually need to be open till 3pm.

Went to collect parcel on Sunday at 12, no one inside, went again at 1 and they were still not open even though signs on the door stated opening times 11-3. Tried calling customer services and couldn’t get through. Collection time today was only a 2 hour slot, very unhelpful

Have spoken to the staff over the phone and there always polite and friendly and as for the posties themselves there just amazing out in all weather. One thing that stands out to me is how they help there staff especially the pregnant ones they make sure that they get a nice simple run to do so they don’t get stressed I was very impressed when I found this out. I look after my postie and always make sure he’s ok or needs a cool bottle of water even bought one pregnant postie an alarm because she was worried about a certain bit she had to deliver to when she was standing in for me regular postie. Look after them they all do a brilliant job well done

I love their services, only that sometimes one of their customer services in Elgin is not friendly and sometimes I used to think perhaps I'm black that's why I'm getting such treatment from him. But other staffs are very friendly and welcomingUpdate: it's been long I see the man who treated me horribly, possibly he has been posted to somewhere else, I wish him the best in his life and work

Totally useless always losing important mail

Went to collect parcel on 20th December and it was particularly busy with one poor soul doing his best to find the parcels and negotiate a person fixing lights above his head at the counter. It took 25 minutes in the queue which was right out the door. Just want to say thank you to that man for keeping his cool .

Good quick efficient service. I've had pleasant conversations with staff at this location. Paris get sent there a lot so it's also in a handy location that I can park in front of on the way to work.

Appalling can’t decide what Time they’re opening and closing, what days they’re even opening, half the time they’re that bone idle that even when they are open at 7am it’s 10 minutes later before they even bother to open the door, qued up this morning till 7.15 till one of them wondered out to announce they’re now not opening till 8 website still says 7 , utter shambles

Need to update opening now everything is moving, being open only 7am - 9am is not helpful at all! Went to pick up parcel before I started work as I work full time queue out the door to collect, waited ten minutes and managed to re arrange delivery to another post office which is open til 5pm, but am going to be charged 70p for it! Come on Royal mail work with us please.
