Today I traveled from far for a Lego Star Wars set which was shown by the app to come back in stock. When I arrived the stock wasn't on the shelves.The customer service helped me and a member of the replenishment team. She was lovely and very helpful also the two other ladies at the customer service. I was a very happy customer and still I am. Many thanks.

I have never had such an awful experience with customer care service until l had problems transferring my mobile no: with Tesco mobile. During that time and many stressful phone calls.l got through to customer care to raise it to a complaint, was a further 48 hours to wait for them to speak to me. It took them 10 days and numerous calls to get it working.I had another encounter with them today having raised it to the next level.I had to wait for them to call me in 48 hours.(no call) l having to chase them up this morning to be told to give them up to another 48 hours.(How many people are dealing with complaints and how many people are waiting up to96 hours to get a response.

Some Product s out of date, picked up 6 eggs one day to find out of date by 17 days so look at dates, fresh tomatoes going soggy only fit for the binn and product prices always seem to go up quite a bit and not just a few pence so don't so don't tend to shop much there now.

Awful unfriendly place. Recently spate of full-rescans of my scan-as-you-shop trolley was the final straw. Going elsewhere whenever possible now.

Saturday afternoon in the phone shop. One single member of staff, clearly very busy. Waited 20 minutes (with many others) then gave up. Travelled to this store especially, re a problem with a newly purchased mobile. Frustrating ++++

Now asking for receipt....or you can't leave........against the law. Just ignore them. Its got nothing to do with shoplifting............shoplifters aren't going to be worried about this.

Distugusting customer service wanted to pay for my shopping separate to partners as wasn't allowed all because of the show receipt policy which is silly as security aren't even checking too busy on mobiles. Was told to shop elsewhere and huffed and puffed when I asked for assistance and told customers shouldn't shop here and shop elsewhere spoke to manager who didn't give a much better answer absolutely appalled
