My car was in for 2 weeks before xmas due mot feb spent 1100 pounds on parts they said were needed drove it home..engine warning light still on despite replacing fuel pump didn't stand over part brought to different mechanic who said it was misdiagnosed..he sorted it in 2 days id never use creightons again they shouodve gave me my money back for their dodgy parts at least

Great shop, good selection, air conditioning and plenty of space. The forecourt is usually crammed with cars with no clear way out. We sat for over 5 minutes waiting on the owner of a car to return. Seems to be a regular issue.

This is my local garage and love it very much. They do some good offers all the time and their hot food is very delicious. All the staff are doing great even during this pandemic which is hard because of some very rude people. The store is always clean and shelves are usually always stocked. Their ice cream is also delicious and home made.

My breakdown recovery review.Have to say the man who came to our help late on a Friday night was very helpful, we broke down just outside Lisburn after leaving Belfast a short while before it to travel about 86 miles home. The man who came on the call out was very helpful & tried his best to get us going again (as we had another 80 miles or so to travel) but no success in getting us going as a part was needed.He couldn't take us back home as he was very busy & it is a big journey, but he was great in letting us sit in the lorry to get a bit of heat as my other half was coming down with a dose, (while we waited on our taxi booked from our breakdown cover) so that was greatly appreciated & wasn't something i'd expected him to do, but he kindly did.What was a bad experience breaking down late at night with my other half feeling under the weather, was helped by this man who was very friendly & helpful.And the man who delivered our car home today was very pleasant also, so all in all i would highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of their services.

Always clean and well presented. The food quality is of a high standard and always seems fresh. The store layout is vibrant and welcoming and there are often great offers available in store.

Always good to visit. Partly because the staff are always pleasant and really helpful. And also because there is a wonderful variety of high quality stock. The shop has a community atmosphere which I don't experience in other shops.

Good variety in store. Prices higher than should be. My experience in the store today was poor. Left feeling like the staff had done me a favour by serving me. Customer service must be something other shops do. Food was fine but no better than anywhere else so will definitely get the labourers Friday frys elsewhere.
