Due to an unusual mix up on both parts and I contacted P & O and the matter was sorted out very professionally and with great care by a lady called OLGA BUSHALL of the complaints department. I have traveled with P & O on a lot of occasions and this was the first time a problem had arisen.P & O and Olga very well done for this superb service and help. Olga is a truly dedicated person working for a Professional Company. Very well done and I look forward to travelling with you again.

I have used and worked with P&O for the past 29 years, and there may be the odd person that may seem rude, but they are far from it. I cannot agree with the reviews I have read below, as I have always found the ships and staff more than welcoming, even as a passenger, and not supplier to them.Obviously some people may have suffered bad experiences, as I have done at many places, but knee jerk reviews are just that. Look at the bigger picture, and you will find that P&O are a very good company to sail with.

Understaffed and the staff who were there were treated terribly, clearly overworked and doing 10 people's jobs - it was a mistake going with P&O knowing what they did to their staff over COVID. I won't be using P&O again

No problems whatsoever. I paid an extra £12 to sit in the 'Club Lounge' and would definitely recommend it. I was offered free Champagne, coffee and sat in peace for the duration of the crossing. Great service.

Terrible. No staff. No where to sit. Only one restaurant open with some food items and I meant it t!!! Very dirty tables everyone, not a singe staff member was cleaning both way we were using them .On way back not everyone could sit so people were standing or sitting on the floors.Most of the entrainment or facilities simply doors shut! Only one functioning “restaurant” open. Avoid at all cost!!!

Absolutely gutted no cooked breakfast. Hardly any staff. Ferry late. It’s basically a fee for all. Nothing like the p&o we all knew and loved.

P&O Ferries sacked all 800 staff this week via Zoom with no notice and had agency staff ready to board ships to replace the fired staff. This is completely unacceptable and I will never support any company that acts in this way. This must never be allowed to happen and the owners, CEO any anyone else involved in this action must be dealt with otherwise other companies could do the same. I seriously hope P&O reverse these actions with compensation to all staff.
