Our experience with Fiona and her team, who helped us with my late Father's funeral, was absolutely excellent. I cannot fault her. She helped us navigate difficult GPs and logistics and made recommendations that were the best we could have hoped for from the Florist to the wake venue. We had quite a large funeral for my dad but Fiona took it in her stride. Everyone we came into contact with from her team from the drivers to the pall bearers was very kind and respectful. Most importantly though Fiona was lovely to deal with and it felt like a friend taking care of us. I would not hesitate in recommending her.

The care, compassion and communication was second to none. Every detail and wish was respected and Fiona fully understood the importance of getting it right. They relieved a devastating time by their professionalism and commitment to ensuring we were all cared for. Incredible teamwork. Thank you from all our family.

My fathers funeral was conducted impeccably from arrangement to actual funeral. Fiona was excellent (as she was with my mothers funeral) and the guys who attended the funeral were friendly and extremely professional. We could not have expected or asked for anything more , thankyou.

From start to almost finish the compassion and care that we as a family have received from Tomlinson and Whatley has been outstanding ! Fiona’s attention to detail is second to none, the order of service booklet produced for my lovely Dad was beautiful . In the most challenging of times Thomlinson and Windley showed such compassion, such empathy. Supported absolutely every step of the way to make the funeral of my beautiful Faye the celebration she deserved. Just want to say I can't praise or thank them enough. When my husband got his diagnosis, we both decided to organise and pay for both our funerals. Fiona treat us withkindness and empathy and nothing was too much trouble. When my husband died in June, the funeral went just as we had planned, and all the team treat me with greatestof respect and made me feel very safe and looked after.
