I attended for ear wax removal and was most impressed by the service I received. It was most efficient, professional and swift. Everything was explained in detail before the procedure took place and the blockage to my left ear was resolved in minutes. The service is excellent value for money and I would certainly use it again.

I have struggled with both my heading and with eczema in my ears for nearly twenty years. Doctors would only treat me when I got ear infections, which was often.The skilled, polite, personable Chloe made me feel right from the start that I wasn’t a problem. She recognised the issue. It took three sessions to fix and she told me she would do it and she did.I’ve got my hearing back and I’ve got my energy back too. I no longer take two antihistamines a day to stop the itching. I don’t itch. Honestly, it feels like a miracle.

The Hearing Excellence Clinic was highly recommended to me and I found the service provided by Paul Jackson, the Clinic Director, to be outstanding. He was extremely thorough in clinical history taking, the assessment of my needs, examination of my ear canals and hearing testing including the latest in-ear canal sound delivery. He then carefully checked, reconfigured and precisely reprogrammed my hearing aids to suit my needs in a variety of situations. Pricing was extremely competitive, with plenty of on site free parking available. I would not hesitate to use The Hearing Excellence Clinic in the future.

Excellent service for sure. Was recommended to go here by a good friend of mine. My right ear was totally blocked and I couldn't hear out of it at all.I was nervous at first but Paul really helped by being very informative about the procedure etc. It really put me at ease. He talked me through everything and I was more than happy to proceed.Throughout the process I was informed of the step by step process which helped me understand why my ear was blocked and how it was going to be treated. Paul even showed me the inside of my ear to see what the problem was! That was very interesting.I couldn't believe the amount of wax that blocked my hearing and I'm super happy that they were able to remove it. My hearing is back thankfully.Overall very confident in this clinic. I would 100% recommend. Great price too!

Simply amazing - visited Paul for ear wax removal earlier this week. He walked me through the entire removal process and explained various options - all pain free. On top of that I had received a hearing check and the appointment lasted about 35 minutes. Recommended and would definitely consider coming back with my family members.

We visited the Hearing Excellence Clinic this morning as my mum was feeling deaf in her left ear. We had previously been finding it difficult to get her ear checked and any wax buildup removed, so to find this clinic was a big relief. Booking an appointment online was really straightforward and the location of the clinic was easy to visit with car parking or with the tram stop nearby.The friendly and professional service from Paul was great, and my mum was delighted to come out with her ear totally free from any wax or blockage and her hearing back to normal. A very professional service enabling the customer to make informed decisions. A lovely setting (Sheffield practise). Available off street parking in a part of town where car parking spaces are rare.Would thoroughly recommend. Very reasonable prices. ✅

I had a lovely experience with paul, he talked me through every step he was doing and made sure i was comfortable at all times. Finally after 3 months my hearing is back to normal, would definitely recommend! :)
