Complete cowboys from my neighbour's experience. Didn't put her deposit in a scheme and made false claims when she asked it to be refunded. I contacted them regarding another tenant that they put in the flat above and noise issues and completely unhelpful. Claimed to be responsible for the flat but won't deal with the issue neither give details of the actual owner.

Robin is the rudest person I've ever met, he will start shouting to you as soon as you disagree with something. Very desorganized agency, they take ages to fix things at the properties, always trying to take advantage from you. Took 2 months to pay my deposit back. Be careful

Avoid and Report these scammers! They do not protect your deposit and then do not return it in the end of the tenancy with false claims !These people are frauds ! They have their landlords from their country and bussinesses to support false “repairs” and stuff with invoices to take all of the deposits and almost every tenant says they delay or do not return deposit and we experienced the same !!! Pls report !

After speaking to the tenants upstairs regarding the noise at all hours of the day and night, they informed us that no one from Bluebird Residential had got in touch wih them regarding our complaint and therefore it confirms my original post that Robin is an incompetent person who is only interested in financial gains!!
