Halfords - Swansea

I purchased a bike from the llansamlet store and can honestly say the customer service was outstanding. I dealt with Jacob who couldn’t do enough for me, he explained everything about the bike thoroughly. He gave me all the time in the world to ask questions and he answered with confidence and ease. Showing how knowledgeable and experienced he is. Jacob is a absolute asset to the store.

Went to Halfords today to have a blown headlightbulb fixed. Have to say great service by the team ! Was served by Oliver quickly at the counter who then sent Christian to check and change the bulb . Had to actually ask Christian to make extracting and changing the bulb look a little bit harder as he was so fast and efficient ! Really pleased with the friendly and efficient service . Well done guys !

Visited today to trade in my sons bike for the 25% off a new one deal. Jacob was helping us today, and even though it was really, really busy he still gave us the time and support we needed, remaining calm and friendly even though he was clearly rushed off his feet! I just picked up 2 inner tubes from the Swansea store and took my bike’s rear wheel in on the off chance they could fix a loose freewheel.The tubes were ready to pick up within a few minutes of ordering them online and they were able to fix my wheel on the spot so excellent service all round and it will encourage me to use them again.

I recently changed my battery for my BMW 5.20 in Halfords Swansea. The staff was unable to register my battery. They told my that the will contact me the next day for me to go to Halfords auto centre as they have the necessary equipment to register my battery. I never received any communication and in the end I registered the battery myself using Bimmerlink.

Visited store today to buy few bits. 2 people in queue at till ahead of us. Waited and waited and waited to be served. Both customers in front had customer service query and assistance in purchasing parts. This meant checkout assistant was on his headphone speaking to colleagues and he left till to assist customer. Queue growing behind us. When we finally got to be served I asked if they were short staffed today to be told they always are short staffed. No apology or acknowledgement that we had been kept waiting. We had got containers of screen wash in our basket - display outside shop said on offer if you bought 2. However the assistant told us that applied to unscented screen wash only and that it clearly said so on the display. I have attached photo of display and I beg to differ. Needless to say we walked out and did not make our purchase. On returning to our car in the car park it seemed as if the staff were mostly outside working on customers cars as opposed to serving inside. We shall not be returning to this store instead going to the Bridgend store where the staff are friendly, courteous and efficient.

Visited today in total panic when wiper blade broke on M4in the rain.Visited Halfords MOT centre first and the helpful man looked at the damage and directed us to the Halfords near Tescos.Here the very helpful member of staff fitted the blades having tried a few sizes and we were able to continue our journey.He was brilliant and saved a very stressful situation.Thank you(I did not get your name in my panic)

A big reliable shop for cycle and accessories. Very quick and humble response from the staff. Keep the social distancing norms in COVID times. All sort of services for cycles. Great service with an extensive shop. All types of adult , kids cycles are available. Easy to identify from heavy traffic. All sorts of lubes for cars are also available

Not the cheapest of places but when you are in a rush. Had new wipers fitted which cost more than I thought, but they offered £5 off if I gave them my email address. I think I will shop around next time but cannot fault the service, no fuss and efficient.
