I just want to say what a wonderful service Chris and Taff have provided for us over the last six years caring for our extremely special cats. They have been simply amazing with our elderly cat. Not only with feeding and lots of love and attention during visits but especially taking time to groom her coat which had become very matted.In fact, she looks like a new cat with her glossy coat! They seem to strike a fantastic bond with the animals in there care and would not hesitate to fully recommend.

Chris and Taff are a great team and provide a first class service for our cat when we are away. They really make a fuss of her and have taken the time to gain her confidence as she's deaf so needs extra care. They look after her so well I don't think she even notices we've been away some times!

When we moved from London we were worried about our Elderly Beagle socialising with a new group as she had her firm friends in London. Chris and Taf made the transition for our little lady. lilly (beagle) enjoyed every walk, and sometime I wondered if Taff realised she would never join in with the conversation he was having with her! animates is a wonderful, personable, and friendly company, after seeing so many other dog walking companies whilst we have been out and about and how they “care” for the dogs I have to say Chris and Taff truly treat every dog as their own, there is no one more devoted to the care of animals. Can not recommend enough!

Animates are wonderful, reliable, friendly, trustworthy & look after my dog so well. Over the yrs we have used the daily dog walking slots, pop in & feed the cat slots & the over night service where they look after your pets in your home whilst you're away. We've on occasion needed to change slots at short notice & Chris & Taff have always accommodated which we're so grateful for. We really would be lost without Animates - book them, your animals will love you for it :-)
