I went to buy head lining few weeks back from this place as it had been recommended to me previously.I genuinely can't believe I'm leaving a review to this extent.I asked to use the toilet as my journey was little over two hours and to my surprise as I'm draining the snake I notice a few lines of white powder on the window sill. Now obviously it wasn't hard to figure out what these lines were as I've watched a lot of movies, but mainly the five pound rolled up note was the main give away.Safe to say...I WILL NEVER RETURN and ill share this story with who ever mentions headlining.

Sent an email, with picture of my requirements on 21st of February.It's now the 21st of March.Still no reply.Shame as these guys were recommended.I don't understand, they have at least 8 members of staff according to their website profile where you can see them all enjoying holidays!That will be it, they must be on holiday.

Martrim is an extremely well stocked and knowledgeable business. If you can't get what you need from here for trimming/upholstering, it doesn't exist!!

Quick response and fast delivery. However, appalling customer service if you have a problem. I ordered head lining material for a LandRover 90. It has the three person cab so short roof and complex curves. The headlining material would not stretch around the complex curves. I contacted them and they claimed they had lots of satisfied customers and refer'd me to their trimmer. I contacted their trimmer he said he avoided using the material wherever possible!! I tried to find a review from a satisfied customer who had used this material. I could not find any review from people who had used this material. I contacted Martrim and asked for a full refund. Guess what, no response at all.

Dealt with Martrim a few times now over the past 9 months and staff are always helpful. Called in person to collect quite a bit of stuff a while ago and Billy was especially helpful. Ordered some more materials with Billy on Monday and was delivered to my business on Tuesday. Great service!!

I can fully recommend the company. They sent samples abroad twice for free and the subsequent order was processed in a flash. You sometimes have to wait a day or two just for a reply to an email. Otherwise excellent.
