Reflexology by Katia

I’ve had reflexology in the past, so thought I knew what to expect. However, Katia’s way of working is so gentle that I felt really relaxed and comfortable. Her knowledge is sound, and when she detected something which I said wasn’t a problem, my hospital consultant brought it up two days later - well done Katia!I never knew that reflexology could help with one’s emotions, but it certainly has helped me feel more relaxed and peaceful within. It’s not just for physical issues.I really appreciated that Katia checked that each product (cream) she planned to use would be safe for me. She was also very ‘Covid aware,’ wearing a face covering the whole time.All-in-all, I have confidence in Katia’s ability, in her professionalism, and can sincerely recommend her.

I have to be honest and say that I went into the first session with some apprehension. Having had reflexology once in the past, I thought ‘never again’…..it was so painful - I assumed ‘no pain no gain’…..how wrong was I?Katia was not only very thorough in her initial consultation (medical history etc), but also in her after care and preparation for my next visitHer knowledge and professionalism shines through and not only have I benefited physically from my treatments, I have to say it is the most relaxing hour of my week, and I always look forward to going

I have been privileged to both teach Katia and receive Reflexology from her. She is an excellent Reflexologist. She is calm, professional and her treatments are incredibly relaxing. I always notice that after Reflexology with Katia all the tension and pain in my neck, shoulders and back has completely disappeared. Highly recommended!
