Snappy Snaps

I definitely wont go back. Extortionate cost to get 2 VHS tapes digitised (but needed them done quickly, so paid on this occasion.) Despite taking my email and number and saying they'd let me know when they were ready, they did not and I had to call. They did not put them on to USB, as requested, but onto DVD instead and whilst the guy I spoke to said he'd look into the reason why they weren't on USB and call me back - he never did. So in the end I went to pick them up as they were. It took them a good 10mins to find my order - and when I got home I saw that they had also given me someone else's order... so I had someone's personal video tape on DVD too - which must be against some kind of GDPR rules? The words incompetent and overpriced spring to mind.

Amazing service, speedy and efficient. Would definitely recommend. Amanuel was fantastic, very friendly and went above my expectations.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Scans came out completely wrong, Alem (the manager) ignored all calls and left every time. Tried to get refund and still nothing is happening. I hope this branch closes.

Very happy with the speedy same day service from snappy snaps. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I got a 12 x 16 canvas which is very professionally finished. I would highly recommend them and confidently use their service again

Alem and the team were fantastic. I chose 50 photos from my phone for a collage framed print. Alem helped me every step, resizing, enlarging, making smaller to make all the photos fit. He went through each photo one by one and noticed my mistakes in duplicate photos.. I am delighted with the end result and wonderful service.

Alem and Amanuel were both fantastic help. Alem helped me with my printing and photo framing and was a very friendly, approachable member of staff. Amanuel took some baby passport photos and got superb results - he also tested them for me and was very professional and entertaining for the baby! Thank you both!!

Photos used to be turned round in an hour for £15 at this branch. Now it's more expensive, takes a whole day, and the photos were amateurish at best. Won't be returning

Watford store, easy and quick experience, I got my photos printed in no time, and the assistant Ananuel was especially helpful in ensuring my photos fit in each frame

lovely shop and great customer service from Hasan and hammad! they thought on the spot whenever a problem came up and really helped me during my snappysnaps experience. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!
