The website is well laid out and very user friendly. The staff are super helpful and know a lot about the bears they are selling which really helps if you're trying to choose between a few new friends. The process from start to finish couldn't be more customer focused. Thank-You for all your help.

Took payment in December - still no bear delivered despite 48 hour service paid for.Emailed the shop, Facebook messaged them, even left a message on their answerphone, to find out what has happened to my order, to get this company to respond is practically impossible - they do not know how to communicate. They have not given the Tracking Number even though it has been asked for on many occasions - they eventually blamed Royal Mail for loosing my bear (a limited edition Steiff - which is now out of stock everywhere) . Shambles of a company especially the communications side. I would not deal with them ever again, but I would have given them a minus rating if I could - certainly would NOT recommend them. DISGUSTED with their attitude.

The bear is adorable, traditional and just what I wanted for my grandson. Was delivered exactly when expected. I cannot fault the goods nor the service. Would recommend 100%.
