Good place, parking structure is not good. It's like Eurocarparts but no-one behind the counter. There is a buzzer but hidden between all the other notices on the wall. Better placed on the counter. Oh and even if a staff member sees you, they won't deal with you unless you ring that buzzer. I would also say needs brightening up more. Nice guy who served. Overall easy process.

Absolutely dreadful - avoid like the plauge.I purchased a replacement ignition switch from this company via eBay. Mechanic fitted the part which turned out to be defective and not fit for purpose . Returned the part at my own expense and didn't get any response from KMS at all and no refund - absolutely disgusting.Not only did I get landed with the abortive labour expense of £50 of my mechanic fitting the KMS supplied faulty part , but I also then ended up out of pocket with KMS neither refunding the returned part or return postage costs.

Service is very poor and unprofessional. They don’t seem to want to serve. First guy that asked me for my order decided to go awol and left me standing for 15 minuets the second guyAsked again for the order made up an excuse and sat in the back of his desk in the office. I asked another employee happened to walk by to see what is happening to my order .and he asked the second guy that took the order came back said to me I don’t know what hes doing.To my frustration I walked out of the damn place and will never go back. These guys (employees) don’t care the owner of this business should be aware!

Ordered car parts through ebay and however they just cancelled it without contacting me at all and advising me buy different part which is wrong for my car!!!!! Whoever running that rubbish customer service team need to give more training and teach being polite and manners to that rude and can't be bothered workers. No help no polite... only answer was oh buy another one but it is not my problem if you gonna wait for the refund over a week. Joke...

Needed a cambelt in a hurry and couldn't wait for an Ebay delivery so I went to their store in Birmingham. The guy who served me was brilliant. He made absolutely sure that the part was the correct one for my classic VW and was friendly and courteous. It's a shame to see some other customers haven't had the excellent experience I've had. Speak as you find, but I will definitely be using the trade counter / store again.

I found these guys helpful, the main sales guy is wary of you ordering the wrong parts and double checks your model and asks about the job you are undertaking, he also makes sure you have everything you need, if he hadn't advised me on the seals i needed i would have been delayed even longer. They also sent out one item that didn't arrive the following day for me and gave tracking details. They cant control their own suppliers and they cant avoid customers ordering the wrong parts which is probably why they get bad reviews occasionally, maybe they should hold more stock but that's always a challenge for any business, i'd recommend

Terrible place ordered a part set a time too collect after 3 and half hours set off back on 4 hour drive with no part my advice avoiding the plague!!!!

The after-sales service is terrible and they try to avoid any communications in the hope you may forget and give up.I returned an item and had to wait a week after they received it and only after I sent an email to request the refund. Then they lied about the contents missing from the whole package and also that the item returned was damaged. I sent the pictures of the package before packing and posting. In the end eBay refunded after escalation. They tried to con me out but I got my payback.

I just phoned these guys and got great customer service. The bloke I spoke to was very knowledgeable about Mercedes, and found me the the part I needed - a propshaft coupling kit. Great Brummie accent too!
