MFA Bowl BURNLEY

Its always good fun to bowl, but it is looking really dated, the lanes are worn and the balls have seen better days

The staff were really lovely, but everything else is old, tired, and sticky.

Went on a Saturday night about 6 o'clock and we were the only 3 people other than staff. Food and bowling were good, but it was way too hot. When we asked about air con they opened the door which helped a bit but it was still too warm. It didn't stop us enjoying our night and would definitely go back.

Fab few hours to the take the kids.Lots of deals on so plan ahead.

This was a great venue to visit, where me and my friends felt welcomed upon walking in across the smooth, patterned carpet! The counter is very large and had been kept clean, where the staff were patient in allowing our session to start late when I explained to them that one of the group would be late and the seating is comfy. A cheap offer of £30 for a 1-hour bowling session of 6 people was cashed in on by us and also while waiting, I used the toilets that had cleanliness maintained. The bowling itself was fun on strobe-lit lanes, backed by a scoreboard above in an old school style and a speaker played music that really added to the atmosphere! Seating has an interesting shape and is separated properly for different lanes, similarly to how the bowls are in curved storage areas and the wall has interesting shapes for its design.

I've been here 4 or 5 times and it is a slightly weathered location but the staff are friendly and helpful, and if there are any issues with the lanes they have always been dealt with fairly.

A fairly priced good family night out. From cafe, bowling and the amusements, the full family enjoyed it.

Just been here for my granddaughter's Birthday Party. Cost was £90 for 8 children including bowling for an hour, a decent meal, drinks, party bags and the most fantastic service from the staff. From the minute we arrived they couldn't do enough for us. I didn't get the name of the lady ( manager?) who dealt with us but she was so patient with excited 9 year old girls, none of us knew how to bowl really. Highly impressed. The very cool older sister is even considering having her Birthday party there now. Thanks so much.

Great atmosphere and food. Lovely staff and ever you had a great time.

Had a great trip with my son. Bloke on reception very good with children answering questions, etc. The place itself needs modernising but was good for the price.
