Really helpful and friendly people. Helped me out last minute when I was stupid and forgot to book the car in for a MOT. Quick response and great service.

Bristol & Bath are the epitome of customer service. Called in on spec and in distress late morning yesterday with a flat tyre. Ian immediately diagnosed the problem, ordered a new tyre for lunchtime delivery, fitted it by 2pm and I was on my way. Even loaned me a car to complete my morning round of deliveries. Exceptional !

I had cause to use this garage between Christmas and New Year - only one open at the time locally. I was charged for checking fuses on a car whose washers were not working. The receipt says fuses fine. A week later a competent garage solved the problem by changing a fuse! If they cannot even manage to identify a blown fuse, I certainly would not trust them with anything more serious! Unfortunately their incompetence had a knock on effect that amounted to £100s of pounds spent on additional transport and getting the car back to where it needed to be.Respone to ownerI had better things to do. The review still stands. After the Christmas break I took my business to a garage that knew what they were doing and very quickly fixed the problem you couldn't find. I was unable to leave the car with you because you were not easily accessible once the other drivers in the household had gone back to work. Your response to the review is also months down the line. Had your mechanics been competent you would not be getting a one star review. I suggestzou take it up with them/train them better.

tldr; Absolutely Brilliant. Great service, high quality work and totally fair and honest.My wife and I have used these guys for services and MOT's for several years and have recommended them to friends - they are great. I don't normally go in for submitting reviews but my experience today just highlighted how good they are so felt I should contribute.My car failed it's MOT today on an issue that will cost a lot to put right, but rather than just booking it in they recommended that I approach the manufacturer as they've seen other examples of this issue recently. I've contacted the main dealer and now I'm booked in for an assessment to see whether it will get fixed for free (or subsidised). If it turns out that I will still need to pay full whack to get the repair done then I will of course bring the business back to Bristol and Bath Car Services but if not then they have sacrificed a significant sum of money by going above and beyond in their customer service.Experience already told me that they deliver the highest standards of work, but the honesty, integrity and care for their customer they showed today should be an example to any business.

Whenever I need my car repaired or MOT I know where to take it. Ian and his team are really good and honest people. I cannot fault them. I fully recommend them!

After my car broke down these guys helped me out by checking it over and then calling me to know it was destined for the scrappy. Dealt with professionally and carried out the paperwork for me free of charge. Can't ask for more! Will use again (when I have a new car!) Thank you.

Great Customer Service! Booked my car into get a Service and they called me to say they would recommend getting a Levels Check as it’s only gone 4,000 miles in 12 months. So saved me around £120 on something I didn’t really need. Fair play to them, most garages wouldn’t do that. ☺️
