The owner is amazing. I got a problem today, not a big one, but still very tricky for myself to solve it. The owner helped me out swiftly and not even charged me. Thanks so much!

Called around, and these guys squeezed the car into their schedule for me.Took it down and, after finding a parking place on the road (the only slightly annoying bit to my day), handed the key over with a description of the problem.A couple of hours later and I could collect it. A simple fix, that apparently took them minutes to do. They didn't charge me even as it was so simple.Considering a well known national garage with Blue as their main colour wanted to charge me £200 to fix what they said was a faulty sensor (and that still may need doing in fairness) and then said they couldn't help when I described the problem further....I'm glad I didn't just shell out and called these guys.Honest - they really could have told me it was to do with the exhaust, and I wouldn't have known as I was convinced that was the problem.Will definitely be using them again from now on.

First time using the Fit for me service by purchasing from Eurocarparts needed a alternator and used this garage Selly Oak Garage Limited because they were the most reasonable priced garage. Contacted them to try and get the job done as soon as possible because obviously the car was dying on me because of battery power, they contacted me the next day saying that it could be fitted earlier for me which was a life saver. Arrived at the garage and the staff were very friendly and accommodating and I left my details and the job was done in a couple of hours. Overall a very good quality garage at very reasonable priced work and good quality work done, I will definitely be using them again.

Got my parts to ask for fit, BMW 5. In total 2 front brake discs + 4 brake pads to replace. Selly Oak Garage charged a very reasonable price for labour cost. Been driving for almost 2 weeks, no issues discovered yet. Quick and solid job done, thx.

Since moving to the area, I've been looking for an independent garage to look after my car and I'm very pleased to have found them. I received brilliant service and a very competitive price when they MOT'ed my car. I will definitely be using them again in the future and would recommend!

Just want to say a massive thank you for helping us yesterday when we had problems with our van and we were stranded in Birmingham. They were very friendly, helpful and sorted out our problem very quickly

Dropped my car off at 8, was returned around 3. Was charged a fair price for diagnostics and resolution. Staff were all friendly and really helpful. Will definitely be coming here for my MOT and if any repairs needed.

I rang them up, first thing in the morning to see if they could quickly fix my window before I set off on holiday. Dave was very friendly on the phone and in person and saw me right away. They looked at my car, fixed the window in 10 minutes, recommended what needs to be done as a permanent fix but ensured it was safe for me to use until then. On top of this, it was free of charge.100% go back to this garage, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Thank you Dave!

Took my car in via warranty wise. They longed out the situation and wouldn't pay out so I had to go elsewhere and make a complaint with warranty to get sorted. But the garage for 2 weeks kept my car and tried to communicate with them and would of carried on if I asked them to do so. Didn't charge me for the diagnostic even tho they would of been right to, gave advice on the warranty..friendly team. I will defo be taking my car to them in the future when the warranty is over. I would recommend.

First time I have used this garage. Bought water pump from EuroParts and had it fitted here at a fixed price. No problems whatsoever, could not fault in any way. Great service. Would recommend.
