They never answer their phone. It’s so frustrating calling every couple of hours only for it to go to voicemail which you can’t leave due to the voicemail box being full.

I've worked closely with the Liverpool branch of Brook Street since the start of February. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the interview process with the company I was put forward to was extremely lengthy. Despite this, I was always updated, notified of any changes, and supported through the whole process.I received invaluable advice and pointers before each stage of the interview process, and the staff are attentive, personable, and eager to assist in any issue.I want to thank Brook Street (and particularly Daniel!) for all of their efforts and the lengths they have gone to to ensure I was happy with the service I have received. I would 100% recommend them.

Not a good company to work with at all. Always messing up pay and holiday pay. They also just don't reply to emails even when there are multiple questions about concerns that you hold. I would not recommend using these as the stress they cause isn't worth it. I'd try another agency

Having worked in the recruitment industry previously I have to say, I am very impressed with Brook street, after they helped me secure a new role. Communication is key and Brook street and Siobhan are the best around. Keep up the good work guys
